i stopped taking the pill last month and got my period just fine. this month i got my period on time but i started spotting a few days before. my period was extremely heavy for 3 days then it was extremely light for 4 days and now i am still bleeding and it's day 10! i have cramping and lower back pain. is this normal or am i pregnant

You are NOT pregnant...when u take the pill, it messes up the whole cycle of things. Talk to ur doctor, teacher, parent, ect. if you are really concerned.
Well first thing you should do is take a pregnancy test and see if your pregnant. Ideally, you should stay on the birth control pills because if you stop it can make your periods very irregular and can cause heavy bleeding as your stating.
