I'm traveling to Australia in 3 weeks and I don't know how I'm supposed to take my birth control with all of the time changes that I'll be going through when I cross over the dateline - anyone know how to make sure I keep taking my birth control at the right time? I usually take it at 12pm. Thank you!!
Answer:
Take your watch with you (keep it set to YOUR normal time) and when it is 12 pm, take your pill, even if you have to wake up to do it.
