So my question is, considering one of my friends who takes it to reduce menstrual cramps says that it caused her breasts to become bigger, is that permanent?
I asked her if it was because she is producing milk from the estrogen, and she said no she does not, they simply grew. and she didnt know if it was permanent.
So does anyone know if it is/is not/how oftten they return/do not return to normal size?
And why/how does this happen. and why is/is it not permanent?

Tell your friend not to worry. It's not due to birth control.
A woman's breast size can change throughout her adulthood.
My mom's have changed a few times and she has never taken birth control.
Mine have grown over the years as well.
