Recently my Doctor suggested that I take another medicine that i take in the morning instead of before bed. So instead of taking one pill in the morning and one at night id rather take them both together. The question is... does this make it ineffective for any amount of time because I know your supposed to take it at aprox the same time everyday.

Depends. If you're changing your pill-taking time by 12 hours or more, you should back up for 7 days to make certain you have full pregnancy protection. If the time change is less dramatic, there should be no lapse in effectiveness.
