Okay, So I have boobs that are 38DD. I was wondering which surgery would benefit me the most;Breast lift or Reduction? The only problem is, is that my boyfriend says he enjoys my boobs the size they are and that they are what attracted him to me. He also says that he doesn't know if he can still be attracted to me if I went down to a mid-high C cup, but he would still love me.What should I do about both of these?
Answer:
Neither
You don't need surgery.
Your bf should love you for more than your sweater meat.
How old are you, and have you had children? Having kids can alter your breast size, both up and down -- it depends on the woman. But they WILL become more pendulous with time (thank you, gravity).
All I can say for sure is never EVER do anything based upon whether or not a man says he'll be more or less attracted to you. Do what is right for YOU -- and heed the advice of your plastic surgeon. In fact, consult more than one. Good luck!
are you old enough to need a lift? lose weight, that will make them smaller naturally.
Reduction. Go to a big C, and keep them perky, and he will definitely love your breasts!
Reduction will help with current or future back pain. A lift? Not sure on that one. When my 'girls' are up in a support bra, my upper back KILLS me.
Losing weight will make them smaller, too.
D
if your boyfriend is with you for your boobs, get rid of him. he's not helping your decision. do you have medical problems because of them? does your back hurt? are they sagging? for your questions to be answered, you need to be seen by a plastic surgeon. if you are having medical problems, sometimes insurance can take care of it. if not, then it'll be out-of-pocket. losing weight is not always the solution. mine actually got bigger when i did that (same size as you). if you lost fat, then they will sag. have you had kids?
Please don't base a surgical alteration of your body on anyone's opinion but your own. You are the one who has to live with the potential consequences/benefits, so it might as well be something you did for yourself!
That was really crappy of him to say, too. I definitely wouldn't base a decision like this on his opinion, since he seems shallow enough to be focused only on your breasts. But hey, I could be missing the mark.
find a more supportive and understanding boyfriend
First off, love is NOT determined by the size of your breasts. If he is stating that he could not withstand a breast reduction, you are with the wrong man. Your personality, friendship, your humour is what should be keeping him around. not your boobs.
I would go for a reduction in your case. Why? You will find bras more easily and more comfortable ones too. And you will also spare yourself from back pain. Larger breasted women get back pain more so that smaller breasted women.
Bottom line, do what YOU want to do. Dont let him determine your outcome.
A lift would just stop them from being saggy and you would have to pay for it.
If you get a reduction, a lift usually goes with it and it can be covered by insurance if you have back pain neck pain or shoulder pain.

The reduction to me is totally worth it. Don't base your decision on if your b/f will like it or not, base it on your health!
If he can't support a decision to better your health, find a new man who WILL.

Best medicine for menstrual cramps? Midol any better than Tylonel?
Which one is the best, or are they all pretty much the same? Do different ones work in different ways and treat different symptoms?
Thanks.
Answer:
Midol has caffeine in it so you don't feel as groggy. Honestly, either one of them will get rid of the cramps.
Check the ingredients but mostly the same. I have to take 3 xtra strength Tylenol.
Aleve knocks the pain out RIGHT away!
Midol is better than Tylenol but I usually take Motrin if I have any,. I always take double or triple the recommended about when my cramps are really bad.
I swear by Pamprin. I has always helped when nothing else will. If you have to take all day take pamprin and in 4 hours take tylonel. Even when it's not that time pamprin works for many problems.
Thanks.

Best haircut for a guy?
I have a couple of cowlicks which effects what type of haircut I can get. What haircut do the girls like best that would also look good on me?
Answer:
just buzz or shave it. depends on your head chape but cowlicks really suck! and it makes hair look real goofy. so just shave it, esp in the summer, thats hot!
the kind that make your mama wish she wasn't your mama
ask your stylist. shave it military close - girls dig that
i think the old saying "it's not the clothes that make the man, its the man that makes the clothes" can be applied here too. go with whatever you like, and be confident about your choice and you can't go wrong.
i say shave it. it looks clean and is great for the hot weather, but remember to put sunscreen on it!
High and tight. MMMM.. That is my hubby's military haircut.
Tell your barber.. they will know what you are talking about. It's HOT!
;-)
get a g (G I)haircut, like they give the army guys.
2 things. 1 about the haircut. shave your head!!! and 2 why r u posting things about your hair in womens health?

Best female deorderant and antiperspirant?
I have tried them all! Which is the most affective plz? I don't know if i sweat more than the average person or whether it because im highly active. but im SICK of wet underarm patches! So, aside from seeing a doctor- best female deoderant antiperspirant plz?
Answer:
if you've "tried them all", there is no other alternative. visit your doctor.
I personally found that Soft and Dri dri gel works the best.
Dove antisprint deoderant it really works for up to 12 hours...hope it helps..
I tend to sweat a lot also, and I recently just picked up secret's new "clinical strength" deoderant, it has the strength of a prescription deoderant but you can get it over the counter, it worked great for me, have you tried it?
Have you tried Mitchum or Micham i think it's called it's meant to be the strongest
UK
Dove is very good
I use Sure with aloe vera, seems to work, good luck x
I use Dove, it smells nice, and it's creamy and gentle, especially after shaving. And it don't leave white marks.
Secret works for me
The Nivea Pearl Beauty Deaodrant works wonders for me.. and I get really bad sweat too! I hate it :(
I have the same problem. Mitchum (spray) is the only thing that comes close to working for me. That, and not wearing tops that are synthetic or too fitted around my armpits.
mitcham is apparently good for people who sweat alot!
i always use sure!!
maybe if you cant find anything U shud visit your GP!
had the same problem. try BAN ... any sent... the dry not roll on...
I used to have the same exact problem! I'd always have to wer sweaters over my shirts even in the Winter because I'd always sweat for no reason and end up with big circles - not attractive. Well, try Certain Dri antiperspirant! It is prescription strength with out a prescription. It works amazing! It take about a little less than a week to start working, but is really worth it when you don't have to worry about ANY underarm sweat. This stuff shrinks your underarm sweat pores, not allowing sweat to pass through. Beware though, it is not a deodorant so it won't help with smell. Use regular nice smelling deodorant as well. I hope this works as great for you as it did for me! BEST ANTIPERSPIRANT EVER!
I use Mitchum, works for up to 2 days (yes really), available in roll-on or spray. Or you could use Fengal, works just as well (available in Boots).

Best diets and ways to lose weight?
I have over a hundred pounds to lose. I want to have a baby soon but want to lose some more weight before we try. I have lost about 70 lbs over the past 1 1/2 or so, about 50 of that with weight watchers. I got off track and gained about 20 back and am now back on weight watchers but trying the core plan this time because i couldnt get back on the flex plan. ive only lost about 5 pounds in a month. i really want to lose the weight faster so i can have a child. any suggestions PLEASE?
Answer:
avoid adding salt totally from your food and eat a salt less food for one month and you will see that you have lost weight without losing your health because without the additional salt the fat cannot accumilate in your body and the natural salt found in the vegetables is enough for your good health.
Just try sticking to your plan and being really good.
First of all, congrats on your weight loss. I think when you want to lose weight you have to find what works best for you. I was 190 and lost weight by eating what I liked but in smaller amounts and spacing out my eating more. I have a job which requires a lot of moving around and I ride a bike about 5 times a week for 45 minutes. I am a strong believer that exercise is at least half of losing weight and keeping it off. I used to weigh 190 and have weighed 130-140 lbs. for the last 4 years. Am 5'8."
If you have been in Weight Watchers you know well what it takes to lose weight. The only possible thing that could be missing is motivation. Overweight women have gestation and birth problems thatt can affect the mental and physical health of the infant for a lifetime. If that is not motivation enough you do not want to lose weight badly enough or have a baby badly enough to do what is necessary to be a good mother and role model. And obesity does not make your child particularly proud of you.
Weight Watchers is a great program. Good for you for sticking with it, however you also need some sort of exercise plan. Try to think of SOMETHING you can do for 20-30 minutes 4 or five days a week.
Even just a walk...
Little things can help too...
Take the stairs instead of the elevator
Park far away in the parking lot at the grocery store
Ride your bike once a week.
Once a week, Eat at a restaurant that is within Walking distance to your house.
Might be a pain at first but pretty soon, it doesnt even matter.
Best of Luck to you!
Exercise is important. Do you have a daily workout? 1/2hr of weight training and a 1/2hr of cardio daily is key. If you cant join a gym take a daily 1/2hr walk and buy your own set of 2lb and 5lb weights for at home. I was at 260 last year and now I'm down to 157.
I can understand you feeling you need to loose weight before a baby, but dont let that stand in your way!! Sure you will gain more weight while pregnant but it will come off after a few months of giving birth and you can then continue to eat well and exercise.
Good Luck!
