Besides surgery...what are some natural, safe and good alternatives for a woman who wants to increase her?

chest region?
Answer:
Surgery is the only sure fire solution and besides being expensive I don't think they're very safe. Since breasts are glans and are composed of primarily fat tissue there isn't a way to increase that.
Sorry, unless you consider having a child to be one (you will have a temporary increase in breast size, but probably not a good reason to have a kid), without surgery, you're pretty much stuck with what you've got.
There are some ways, but I'm not going to tell you. You'll be as flat as an ironing board forever!
Bwahahahaha!
sleep without your bra off so your breasts have room to grow.
there are plenty of herbal pills that you can take.
eat vegtables. if you check in the produce area of a store, you can buy alfalfa herbs to put in salads.
look up via the internet to find vegtables that have higher amounts of estogens. just don't over do it.

Besides push-ups..?

Are there any other good excersises for lifting and tightining the breast? I am going to a topless beach soon and would like to look my best without getting implants.
Answer:
two of my favorite exercises for this are:

lay on your back with your knees bent, but your feet flat on the ground. use 3-5 lb weights. extend your arms, slightly bending your elbows, and lift them until they come together over your face. a GAIAM workout dvd calls these "chest flys" and i love them!

the other exercise is similiar. standing up, while doing some leg workout (like if you have a step bench, while stepping up and down), using the same weights, bend your elbows (so your arm makes a right angle. then, squeeze your arms together in front of you! go in rhythm with your leg exercise.

ive been working out for my wedding dress and its worked pretty well!

Benign Ovarian Tumor removed. After Surgery, Started having R. Temporal Lobe Seizures and fibromyalgia?

Hi there,
I had a benign r. ovarian tumor, fallopian tube removed and within 10 months starting having r. temporal lobe seizures at age 41. Also went into menopause. Also terrible, terrible body aches and felt like I had the flu all the time. Severe fatigue. Lower leg aches and weak when I walk along with lower arm aches. I started aching all over and was on disability for 1 year diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Also terrible, terrible short term memory loss. Can anyone help me to understand this because the dr's sure can't, they just send me to mental health. I am on tegretol for the temporal lobe seizures where the MRI says I have a lesion on the R. side of my brain but thats all they say about that. The seizures are cyclical. I guess I still have a cycle even though I don't have a period and my seizures always happen the same week of every month. I usually have 3 during that week even though I'm on tegretol. Can anyone help me?
Tired in California.
Answer:
It appears that you are not getting the answers you need from your doctors. You could very well be in early menopause at 41, but that could also be caused by hormonal imbalance due to the lesion on your brain.

Also if you are still having seizures even though you are on medication, why has your doctor not changed your medication?? If one med doesn't work another one probably will. There are many different meds for seizures. I was on anti-seizure meds for 3 months after I had brain surgery as a precaution against seizures. I had an allergic reaction to Dilantin, so my surgeon switched me to Keppra. Since Tegretol isn't working for you they should try another one.

Have any of your doctors told you what the brain lesion is? That is probably what is causing the seizures and some of your other health problems. I was diagnosed with a meningioma brain tumor 3 years ago and initially it was called a lesion (after a CAT scan), but after an MRI it was diagnosed as a "probable meningioma". A definite diagnosis cannot be made until surgery or biopsy, and lab work on the tissue. But from the MRI they should be able to give you a "probable" diagnosis, so you know what you are dealing with.

If you don't have them already, you need to request your own copies of the MRI, CAT scans, written radiologists reports for the scans and whatever else you can get your hands on. These are your medical records and you have a right to your own set of copies.

Once you have those, read them and do your own research online. You can contact many major hospitals directly or have your primary care physician do it for you. Many of these hospitals can give you a treatment recommendation just from sending them your medical records.

This is your health you are dealing with and you are a young woman. Take action in order to get the medical treatment you deserve.

Belly ring help please?

so my belly ring prolly got infected. it was huge and was bigger than the ball of my own bellyring and made the belly ring tip over n stay like that. i went to the doctors and got medicine may 21st and ended the medicine on may 28th with great results, the bump shrunk alot and it looks so much better than it did before. the bump is teeny yet still noticeable and im taking care of it very well by putting hydrogen peroxide on it about 2 times a day since may 21st. will it get better or will it stay like that? and how long should i wait before i can change my belly ring?
Answer:
wait about 3 months if possible, but keep on cleaning it.good luck.
ummm..not to be rude but the doctor gave u that medicine for a reason..so u should keep taking it until its gone...cuz not all of them are idiots.and its just like getting your ears pierced...keep your hands off of it.unless u washed them REALLY well first.
Dont woprry! I had belly ring issues too! First of all, is putting peroxide on it what your doctor said to do??! Did whoever pierced you tell you anything otherwise? Because when I pierced my nose it said to NOT use perioxide or alcohol or anything as it could make things a whole lot worse. In stead go to your local store and look for 'bactine' in helps numb and protects from infection. also, if you havent already try soaking it in sea salt water twice a day. again just go to your local store and get SEA salt, other other stuff isnt as good and then put some in water and apply that twice a day. I stil have a nasty little bump wheree mine used to be, but I took it out. I wasnt taking very good care of it so its no suprise. But please try some of this other stuff besides peroxide!! Take care, and heal uP!

Peroxide will make it irritated longer, it is for abraisons only. The only thing you should ever clean any piercing with is anti bacterial soap 1-2 times a day, do not over clean and do not touch it unlesss you wash your hands. if after it is fully healed (roughly 6 months) and you can easily remove and insert the jewlery, take it out while taking a shower/bath and masage the pierced area to break down any scar tissue that may have developed from the infection and immediatly put the jewlery back in afterwards. do not use ointments since they seal in any bacteria into your piercing, it is used just to ease the piercing process, not as a medication to heal.

Before and during my cycle I have pelvic pain and I have had several people say it was my ovaries?

If I have a hystorectomy shouldn't I get them out too, if that is in fact what is causing my pain?
Answer:
you can't just request a hysterectomy...most of the time they try to leave your ovaries anyway to allow the hormones to do their job.
It depends on how old you are. I've wanted to get my ovaries out when I was 12, because I had horrible periods. I've ended up in the emergency room because of my periods. What was wrong with me, was I had a rare metabolic disorder, but I prayed and God healed me, and I haven't had a period like that since then except for a couple of months ago. And that's because I have a cyst on my ovaries now. Maybe you have a cyst, you should check and see if your doctor will do a test to see if you have a cyst or something. Because if your young and have your ovaries out, you have to take estrogen for the rest of your life. I would only do that as a last resort.

Befor period start.....?

My heart beat always beat so hard. last night I woke up just from my heart beat I could even hear it sound. It was so bad feeling and scary. I felt my heart beat in all my body. and alos beofor period I can not sleep too.
What can I ?
Answer:
Consult a homeopath who will treat you constitutionally.
It's possible that you could have a thyroid problem going on but the only way to know for sure is to have your dr evaluate this to see what they think is going on.
